To give some context, I didn't sign up for their services in a normal manner. I won it through an auction, and as such, I can't really speak for their rates. With that said, however, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with this location and the employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with. My alloted time with them has now concluded, and I no longer need their service, but I'll definitely consider this location again in the future

The service has been really good with both owners over the last few years. The doubling of cost feels to me to be really exorbant especially considering the pressure we are all under after this world wide massive emotional and economic trauma we've all endured. I really hope you are not gouging us unnecessarily Minimall. And please don't say you are raising prices to provide an "exceptional rental experience". Exceptional is definitely not doubling prices in less than 2 years and also giving us no notice that was your plan. Im sure it was the plan from the start. So please don't lie.

Very clean units, easy access. Very nice experience to date. I would definitely recommend for your storage needs!
