Mini Mall Storage - Stittsville

We have had a great experience with Mini Mall Storage over the past 4 years that we have been renting their space. Eric and the team are doing a great job at up-keeping the facilities. Jorgo from Bin Rentals Ottawa.

I’ve stored with these guys for years. At first, before take over they were awesome. But since the takeover the prices have continually been raised. Last increase was September 2023 and now I received another email (end of October) with yet another increase - this current increase was for Administration Fee, Payment Processing Fee and Facility management fee - $25. Whichever way you cut it, it’s an increase for the exact same service that was received years ago. Nothing has changed at this facility whether it be added security, updated gates (which were for the best part of 4 months left open - waiting for parts was the answer that was given) or any other significant changes. Steer clear - there are far better storage facilities at more competitive rates than this place. They have lost my business.

I have been with this facility for 2 months. Starting September 2023. I have already received an email stating my fee will go up due to admin fees , facility management fees and processing fees. Apparently I’m expected to pay them for taking my payments? Judging by some of the reviews I’m now reading, I can assume I’ll be receiving more increase notices every couple months.

They have raised the price of rental 30% over the last nine months with no improvements to the facility. The gate was locked open for weeks with no added security measures. And they encouraged customers to leave a 5 star review in exchange for a free months rent. The place is clean but they will rob you blind.

No complaints here been a customer for quite some time, they care about your items. Protect them and keep you happy to be there. I looked all around and I guarentee this is the spot you want to be. Safe secure and happy
